Arginine.

(L-Arginine, Arg) Arginine, in its common "L-" form, L-Arginine, is an essential amino acid to children, and relatively essential to adults. Arginine is secreted by the anterior pituitary glands and is known to aid in the stimulation and release of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) from the pituitary. When HGH is released into our system, the body may then care for itself, building muscle mass and strengthening bones, utilizing fat stores for energy by being involved in insulin production, and strengthening sperm count. Arginine is rapidly interconverted with ornithine, yet another HGH releaser.
