You cannot stop the clock but there are several steps you can take to make you
look and feel years younger. As we approach yet another year, we felt anti-aging
was an appropriate topic to discuss in this newsletter.
When talking about anti-aging, most people lament about the outward appearances
that have gone to pot; the sagging this and the wrinkled that. But, to
adequately address anti-aging, you need to first focus inward. After all, a
healthy inside fortified by nutrition and solid health practices will naturally
translate to outward health.
Although an anti-aging skin care product might certainly help, the best
