Sunshine,
Eternal-In and Anti-Aging.
Sunshine’s bad reputation is common knowledge. Exposure to high
levels of sunlight quadruples the risk of developing cataracts.
Exposure to UV radiation is a leading and preventable cause of skin
cancer. Sunburn can damage DNA and wrinkle skin to the consistency
of leather.
Do you know that moderate and sensible exposure to sunlight carries
a host of health benefits? Do you know that solid nutrition coupled
with a small dose of sunshine daily can actually reverse the aging
process?
The health benefits of moderate sunlight coupled with the anti-aging
supplement treatment Eternal-In will turn back the hands of time to
help you look and feel younger.
The Eternal-In anti-aging
supplement treatment is a product that provides targeted reverse
aging nutrition. The ingredients in this anti-aging supplement
treatment support the body's ability to naturally:
- Remove age spots, free radicals and chemical toxins that impede
healthy skin.
- Improve skin elasticity and suppleness.
- Reduce skin wrinkle and sagging.
- Fight against varicose vein development.
- Restore natural color to hair.
If you are not pleased with the aging appearance of the person in
the mirror, try the Eternal-In
anti-aging supplement treatment.
As for natural sunlight, it is your friend. While it is true that
excessive exposure to sunlight is detrimental to skin care, will
wrinkle skin and increase the risk of skin cancer, moderate doses of
sunlight can heal.
Heliotherapy, the use of sunlight to heal, is a centuries old
practice. Doctors and natural healers use sunlight to mend wounds,
treat bone diseases, lung infections, elevate mood or simply help
patients rebuild strength and vitality after an illness.
Safe exposure to sunlight is shown to alleviate many chronic skin
conditions. It can help build strong bones and teeth, lower
cholesterol levels and triglycerides, prevent heart disease, ward
off depression and may even prevent certain types of cancers.
Just 20 minutes of natural sunlight a day is all that is needed to
reap the powerful benefits of the sun. Frequent, short exposures are
safer and more beneficial than a prolonged dose of sunlight and
early morning sunshine is the most beneficial.
Sunlight triggers the increased production of the feel-good brain
chemical serotonin without the harmful side effects that Prozac
offers for the same result. Serotonin controls sleep patterns, body
temperature and sex drive, lifts your mood and helps ward off
depression.
Studies show that exposing the body to sunlight increases the number
of white blood cells, which play a crucial role in the immune
response to the organisms that cause illness. Sunlight actually
lowers blood cholesterol levels and can also affect blood pressure.
Exposure to the sun remains the best way to receive Vitamin D, a
vital nutrient for healthy bones, muscles and immune system.
Vitamin D is a crucial element in the prevention of osteoporosis, a
debilitating condition that now affects one in three women and one
in 12 men. Studies of elderly populations hospitalized for hip
fractures show that 50 percent of the women studied were Vitamin D
deficient.
Vitamin D also increases the amount of oxygen your blood can
transport around the body which, in turn, will boost your energy
levels, sharpen your mental faculties and give you an improved
feeling of well being.
Vitamin D may also have the ability to combat the development and
spread of cancerous tumors. New research suggests that sunshine may
reduce the risk of many forms of cancer, such as breast and prostate
cancer
The “Beneficial Effects of Sun Exposure on Cancer Mortality”
research paper published by Preventive Medicine concluded that the
benefits of moderate exposure to sunlight outweighs the risk of
cancer. This journal report states that safe sunbathing would
decrease deaths from breast and colon cancers in America by a third.
Interestingly, population studies show that women living in less
sunny regions have a 40 percent higher risk of dying from breast
cancer than those living in sunnier parts such as Florida or Hawaii.
Ironically, skin cancer rates are higher in less sunny parts of the
world than those closer to the equator. The frequent use of sun
screen over the past 20 years has not dropped the rates of malignant
melanoma.
The safest way to benefit from the healing powers of sunlight is to
build your exposure slowly throughout the year. Start with 10
minutes of sun and slowly build up to 20 minutes.
