Low carb low calorie taco salad recipe

3.5 oz ground turkey breast
1 tsp. dry taco seasoning mix
3 Tbsp. water
2C. lettuce pieces
2 Tbsp. chunky tomato salsa.

Brown ground turkey in a non-stick skillet breaking into small pieces. Sprinkle the taco seasoning mix over the turkey and add water. Cook while stirring until the turkey is done. Mix the turkey and lettuce in a bowl; toss with the salsa and serve.
